Operating model

Shared-responsibility model

Self-hosting changes the boundary, not the need for clear ownership.

01

Opliora

Maintains application code, release notes, migration guidance and product-level remediation within the agreed support scope.

02

Customer infrastructure

Owns hosting, network exposure, TLS, operating system, runtime patching and capacity unless separately contracted.

03

Customer data

Owns lawful use, database access, retention, backups, recovery objectives and data-quality decisions.

04

Identity

The parties map roles together; the customer operates user lifecycle and enterprise identity controls.

05

Operations

The customer schedules releases and validates workflows; Opliora supplies controlled artifacts and guidance.

06

Written agreement

The signed order form, DPA and SLA override general website material and must define any managed responsibilities.
